AI is a powerful tool, but the difference with the Academy comes down to two key points:
✅ Selection and integration – Inside the Academy you won’t find scattered information, but a structured pathway that combines 8 different disciplines into one method. This saves you time and helps you avoid the mistakes of choosing from thousands of contradictory sources.
✅ Practical application – Everything in the Academy comes from years of practice, testing, and real-life application. Often this leads to results and protocols that are different from the textbooks we originally studied. The minimum requirement to enroll in this training is MBO 3 and a basic understanding of fitness principles. Also a certificate in Fitness A, Fitness B, NASM, ISSA, Menno Henselmans and equivalents represent a (relly) good starting point.

Absolutely! Firstly, every instructor has a unique and non-replicable background. Secondly, if you don't update yourself and position yourself professionally in the market, you risk losing your competitive edge.
No, the course does not come with instructor support or coaching, Although, we have a customer service team dedicated to answer your questions. All contents are available in streaming format, including animated videos, e-books with animations, quizzes, and tasks designed to optimize the learning process.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment of registration. Within these 14 days, you can terminate the agreement without giving any reasons, though specific conditions may apply.

Yes, upon successfully passing all exams for the all the various disciplines and completing the assigned tasks, you will be eligible to receive the Proformance Academy certificate.
The Performance Academy course doesn't cover exercise techniques. Instead, it focuses on understanding, measuring, and structuring specific intervention plans to influence physiological adaptations. Your clients' health and performance are just some of the outcomes of this approach. While we include sections on training methodology and programming, the exercises you employ will vary based on your background. We provide a method and tools for excellence.
